How can BMW improve its control and monitoring process for their heavy industrial tools required for automobile production?
The goal of the project was to define in a 5-day design sprint an initial direction for a digital dashboard that can provide a better overview, more accuracy and greater transparency. This enables BMW to become faster and more efficient & reactive in their tool manufacturing and maintenance processes with positive effects regarding time management, susceptibility to errors and cost savings.
